Which of your classes is best suited for me?

For the newcomer/someone who wants to deepen their practice: the 1:1 private class breaks down poses and transitions. However, if you prefer being surrounded by fellow yogis, you will enjoy the Beginner Class.


For the regular practitioner/someone who wants to complement their other forms of workout: the All-Levels Vinyasa group class, as it is perfect for anyone no matter where you are in your practice. Modifications are always available.

I will also be offering classes for target areas you may want to work on (i.e. hips, upper body, legs). 

Can I book a private class?

Yes! I love teaching 1:1 private sessions (1 pax) and group private sessions (3-5 pax), as it allows me to get creative and tailor fit the class to your needs and schedule. This session is good for 60-minutes and is purely via Zoom for the mean time. To book a class, head on to Book Online page or send me an email at hello@daloyyoga.com.

Can I access your online classes at any time?
